By accessing and using Universal Luxury Transport's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Universal Luxury Transport provides premium chauffeur services, luxury transportation, airport transfers, and executive travel solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Airport transfers and pickups
• Corporate and executive transportation
• Special event transportation
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Long-distance travel arrangements

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Reservations can be made through our website, mobile app, or by phone. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Payment authorization may be obtained at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and corporate accounts. A 20% gratuity may be added for exceptional service.

6. Liability and Insurance

Universal Luxury Transport maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. User Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior, damages our vehicles, or violates our policies.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to Terms

Universal Luxury Transport reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
